In partnership with the PA Office of Child Development and Early Learning and Pittsburgh Public Schools, this project expands kindergarten transition teams into three additional low-income communities. School-based transition team facilitators receive training and technical assistance to build a sustainable team of teachers, parents, and community partners who create community-specific transition plans for all incoming kindergarten families and children.
