STARS TA is a support service of the Keystone STARS continuous quality improvement program. STARS TA Consultants provide on-site technical assistance and consultation to early care and education practitioners seeking to enhance program quality and improve outcomes for children in their care, while achieving higher star designations within the Keystone STARS system. TA services are available in Allegheny, Bedford, Fayette, Greene, Somerset, Washington and Westmoreland counties.
